We’re searching for an automotive professional with a proven ability to source, appraise, merchandise, and retail quality pre-owned vehicles while maximizing profitability and inventory turn. What You’ll Bring
The successful candidate will:
Have a proven track record managing a successful used vehicle department.
Be highly skilled in vehicle appraisals and trade evaluations.
Understand inventory management, market trends, and vehicle pricing.
Source quality inventory through auctions, private purchases, lease maturities, and trade-ins.
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience from appraisal through delivery.
