Parts Supervisor – North Vancouver, BC
Lead Our Parts Operations Team
Miles Industries is seeking a motivated and hands-on Parts Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Parts Department. This role combines frontline leadership with inventory management, customer service, and warehouse operations to ensure our dealers receive the right parts accurately and on time.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Parts Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

What You'll Be Doing
Team Leadership & Development
- Ensure staffing levels are appropriate to meet departmental workload requirements.
- Train, coach, and support team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Assign and prioritize daily work activities.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.
Inventory Management & Planning
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory count activities.
- Plan and execute inventory transfers to the US Parts Warehouse using Netstock.
- Plan and coordinate the assembly of conversion kits based on Netstock recommendations.
- Perform inventory adjustments and investigate inventory discrepancies as required.
- Coordinate replenishment activities with Purchasing and Production to ensure inventory availability.
Customer Service & Dealer Support
- Deliver a premium customer experience by ensuring dealer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Assist internal teams with inquiries regarding parts availability and shipping information.
- Coordinate dealer returns and communicate with Technical Support as required.
- Ensure operational processes support efficient and responsive dealer service.
Parts & Warehouse Operations
- Pick, pack, and ship parts orders.
- Assemble kits and small assemblies.
- Receive and put away incoming parts from suppliers and production.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the Parts Department.
- Support other departmental and operational activities as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
