As an OPPOLIA Canada Independent Design Partner/Contractor, you'll use our world-class 3D design software to create stunning whole-home cabinet proposals, manage your own client pipeline, and earn a competitive commission on every confirmed project — with a clear path to a permanent role as we grow. .
Your Day-to-Day
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners, contractors, Developers & builders to understand their vision
- Upload CAD plans or take on-site measurements
- Create designs and photorealistic 3D design proposals in our software
- Generate and present competitive quotations to clients
- Submit confirmed projects to our production team and Monitor product delivery to clients
- Build your territory client base and referral network
Who You Are
The Ideal Partner
- Background in architecture, interior design, or construction
- Proven ability to build client relationships
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial approach
- Comfortable learning and working with design tools
- Excellent communicator with a professional presence
- Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, including space planning, color theory, lighting design, and material selection
- Experience with construction processes, remodeling projects, renovation oversight, and contract management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately while maintaining attention to detail
