BTJ Bobcat is looking for a landscape crew leader/site leader for our landscape projects this year.
Landscaping experience is required, running project experience preferred.
Driver's license and vehicle required, class 3 license preferred.
The ability to operate a Bobcat proficiently is highly preferred.
Knowledge of landscaping practices including hardscapes, tree and shrub planting, edging and weed barrier installation, etc. required.
Pay rate based on qualifications and experience.
Summary
As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will oversee a team responsible for landscape construction and remodelling, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. Reporting to the Landscape Manager, you will utilize your leadership and supervising experience to guide your crew effectively. Your core skills in landscape construction will be complemented by premium skills in hardscapes, irrigation and horticulture, enhancing the overall aesthetic and health of outdoor spaces. A Class 3 Licence is highly preferred, and your relevant skills in construction will further support the successful execution of various landscaping projects. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily landscape construction tasks, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Supervise and lead the landscape crew, providing training and support as needed.
- Coordinate construction projects related to landscaping, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure project goals are achieved.
