Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating the tow truck
- Maintain accurate records of all services provided and complete necessary paperwork
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Perform basic automotive repair tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must provide a current Driver's Abstract.
-Clean criminal record. Must provide a current Criminal Record Check.
- Must live in Camrose, AB.
- Experience operating a tow truck or similar heavy equipment is preferred but not necessary.
- Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance is a plus, but not necessary.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Morning shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- 5 days work week
- On call for police emergencies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
