We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products or services aligned with customer needs.
Skills
