Affluentia Realty is a fast-growing real estate brokerage committed to empowering agents and delivering exceptional results for clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to help us attract top real estate talent and grow our brokerage.
Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative at Affluentia Realty, your primary mission is to identify, engage, and recruit licensed real estate agents to join our brokerage. You will be the voice of Affluentia Realty — conducting outreach, delivering compelling presentations, and following up persistently until the right agents say yes.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify licensed real estate agents in target markets
- Make 50–60 outbound calls per day to prospective agents
- Deliver persuasive and professional presentations about the benefits of joining Affluentia Realty
- Follow up consistently with all leads through calls, emails, and scheduled touchpoints
- Maintain detailed records of all outreach activity and agent interactions in the CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets
- Continuously refine your pitch and strategy based on feedback and results
- Contribute to the overall growth and brand reputation of Affluentia Realty
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in telephone sales, telesales, or inside sales (real estate experience is a strong asset)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated with a strong internal drive to hit targets without micromanagement
- Highly consistent and persistent — you show up every day and execute with discipline
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Confident and engaging presenter, comfortable speaking with experienced professionals
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up habits
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital communication tools
- A genuine desire to grow within the real estate industry
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance — the more agents you successfully recruit, the more you earn. Top performers are highly rewarded.
