Position Overview
We are seeking an outgoing and reliable Server/Bartender to join our team. This role combines bartending and serving responsibilities, focusing on preparing quality beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing attentive service to guests in both the bar and dining areas.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently
- Mix classic cocktails and house drinks according to recipes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service at both the bar and tables
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items in a timely manner
- Assist with drink orders for the service bar for dining guests
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age and comply with Smart Serve regulations
- Maintain knowledge of the food and drink menu, specials, and promotions
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Ensure the bar and service areas meet health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $17.20-$19.59 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
