- Providing an unforgettable experience to customers— helping them find their perfect dress alongside our team of stylist associates
- Lead our team of stylists, and foster a friendly and positive environment
- Oversee daily store operations
- Provide customer excellent support, and an unforgettable experience
- Resolve customer and employee interpersonal conflict with professionalism
- Ability to handle customer communication via phone, email, and in person
- Ability to manage scheduling and appointments, and use our internal appointment software
- Ensure store policies are upheld
