Available Roles & Requirements:
Kitchen Supervisor
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven kitchen experience is strictly required.
• Role: You will help oversee kitchen operations, maintain quality control, guide the line, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Line Cook
• Experience: Previous line cook experience and strong work ethic and passion for culinary and execution are most important.
• Role: You will be hands-on in our open kitchen, executing modern European dishes with precision and speed.
Mandatory Requirements (All Back-of-House Staff):
• Valid Food Handler Certificate is absolutely required.
• A genuine passion for the daily grind of kitchen operations and culinary excellence.
• Ability to work cleanly and efficiently in an open-kitchen setting where guests can see the action.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
