Seafood Associate
Stellar Seafoods Inc. is looking for a reliable, motivated, and flexible individual to join our team!
This is a unique opportunity to work in a small, growing seafood business where you will have the chance to be involved in different areas of our operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying busy, learning new skills, and being part of creating new ideas and products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Packing and repacking frozen seafood products
- Preparing seafood and other food products for freezing and sale
- Following safe food handling and cleanliness practices
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assisting with retail hours at our Mobile Seafood Store as needed
- Helping with product ideas, improvements, and new creations
- Managing your time effectively while working independently
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who is eager to work and willing to learn
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Someone who can take initiative and work independently
- Willingness to collaborate and bring new ideas to the team
Requirements:
- No previous experience required — training will be provided
- Must be able to read and understand English
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must understand the importance of cleanliness and safe food practices
