About the Role
We're hiring a Septic Truck Driver to operate our vacuum pump truck for residential and commercial septic pump-outs. You'll drive to job sites, perform pump-outs safely and efficiently, and represent DLK professionally with our customers.
Responsibilities - Safely operate a septic vacuum truck to and from job sites - Perform septic tank pump-outs following safety and environmental protocols - Inspect and maintain the truck and pumping equipment - Communicate clearly with customers on-site - Complete accurate service records and paperwork - Follow all MECP/EASR regulations for septage hauling and disposal
Requirements - Valid Ontario **Class DZ driver's licence** (required) - Clean driving record - Ability to lift and handle equipment (hoses, lids, etc.) - Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions - Strong customer service skills
Nice to Have (Bonus) - Previous experience with septic or pump trucks - Experience in the trades, waste hauling, or construction industry
