Macro Truck Sales is hiring a licensed 310T Technician for diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
Pay & Compensation
- $42.00–$50.00/hour (based on experience)
- Overtime available
- Performance bonuses
- $2,500 signing bonus*
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles
- Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, hydraulic, and trailer systems
- Complete safety inspections and ensure all work meets Ontario and company standards
- Troubleshoot drivability and fault-code issues using modern diagnostic tools
- Communicate diagnostics, repair options, and pricing clearly with customers
- Provide strong customer service throughout the repair process
- Complete accurate work orders and support efficient shop turnaround
What You Bring
- Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician licence (required)
- Experience with truck and trailer systems
- Strong diesel/electrical/mechanical diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Customer service experience (required)
- Experience discussing repair scope and pricing directly with customers
- Valid driver’s licence (AZ is an asset, not required)
- Reliable, team-first mindset with clear communication skills
