Devon Properties is hiring a high-energy Leasing Specialist to support the lease-up of multiple new residential developments across Victoria. This is not your typical on-site role—you’ll be roaming between properties, managing leasing activity across several buildings at once, and playing a key role in bringing new developments to life.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first impression—engage, qualify, and convert prospective residents
- Lease suites across multiple active developments at once
- Travel between sites in Victoria to conduct tours, host open houses, and support leasing momentum
- Deliver compelling, high-conversion tours that sell lifestyle—not just square footage
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of leads with speed, organization, and persistence
- Follow up like a pro—because you know that’s where deals are won
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to hit aggressive lease-up targets
- Stay sharp on pricing, incentives, and local competition to keep your edge
- Keep show suites and amenity spaces looking polished and move-in ready
- Track your performance and celebrate wins—you’ll be measured on results
What You Bring
- 1–2+ years of sales or leasing experience with proven results
- A natural ability to connect, influence, and close
- Confidence, energy, and a polished, professional presence
- Strong time management—you can juggle multiple properties without missing a beat
- A competitive, target-driven mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and learning new tools
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (this is a mobile role)
- Rental Property Management License (or willingness to obtain) is an asset
