Game Master
E-EXIT Gastown is looking for an energetic, creative, and outgoing Game Master to help deliver unforgettable escape room experiences. If you love puzzles, theatre, customer service, and bringing excitement to every interaction, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Welcome guests and provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Deliver engaging game introductions and immerse players in the story.
Monitor live games, provide clues when appropriate, and ensure every team has an amazing experience.
Reset escape rooms accurately and efficiently between bookings.
Keep game rooms, lobby, and common areas clean and organized.
Assist with birthday parties, corporate events, and private bookings.
Perform basic maintenance on rooms, props, puzzles, and locks.
Create and film engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Design simple promotional graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Help build, repair, paint, and maintain game props using basic handyman skills.
Step into character when needed. Acting, theatre, or improv experience is a strong asset.
What We're Looking For
Exceptional customer service skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable creating social media content.
Basic graphic design experience.
Basic handyman and troubleshooting skills.
Acting, theatre, or performance experience is an asset.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
No escape room experience? No problem. We'll provide all the training you need.
