Job Summary
Part-Time
The Service Rep is responsible for providing hands-on service to Big Box retail outlets, setting up company displays, merchandising stock, ensuring adequate stock levels are in place and resolving day-to-day customer issues when possible.
Essential Job Functions *
- Visits designated stores as scheduled, merchandising inventory, sorts bins and attends to general housekeeping duties.
- Assisting inventory replenishment representatives with duties including sorting, cleaning bins and products
- Help with resets when needed.
- Travel between stores in selected region, to be determined.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Support and follow internal health and safety programs and protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in a retail vendor or big box environment or related experience.

- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) specifically MS Excel and Outlook.
- Performs function with a sense of purpose and a degree of urgency.

- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (oral & written).
- Travel required.
