Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support business operations, enhance user experience, and ensure data integrity. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, database management, and system integration, with an emphasis on maintaining seamless connectivity across various platforms and services.
Duties
- Configure and customize Salesforce environments to meet organizational needs, including creating workflows, reports, dashboards, and user roles.
- Manage data imports, exports, and integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce and related cloud services.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security protocols are maintained across all platforms.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and updates.
- Support user onboarding and training to maximize platform utilization.
- Implement automation processes utilizing tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex code when necessary.
- Coordinate with development teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems like AWS, Azure, or on-premises infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role managing CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms including private cloud computing.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in database management systems like SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with operating systems including Windows and Linux.
- Understanding of computer networking concepts such as DNS, VPNs, REST APIs, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases and data storage solutions.
- Programming skills in JavaScript, Python, Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, T-SQL.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Kubernetes for deployment automation and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration practices.
- Ability to manage large-scale enterprise environments with multiple interconnected systems.
