Lead One of British Columbia's Premier RV Resorts & Marinas
Shadybrook Resort is seeking an energetic, hands-on Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beautiful resort and marina in Windermere, BC.
This leadership position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and taking pride in operating a first-class property. Reporting to the Director of Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading resort operations, marina services, staff development, property maintenance, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the resort and marina.
- Recruit, coach, and support all team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service for seasonal campers, marina members, and guests.
- Oversee marina operations, including slip management, fuel sales, and waterfront safety.
- Ensure the resort is clean, safe, and maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and operational reporting.
- Drive seasonal site renewals, marina occupancy, and revenue opportunities.
- Foster a positive, family-friendly resort culture.
What We're Looking For
- Leadership experience in hospitality, campground, resort, marina, tourism, or property management.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing daily operations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial and budgeting experience is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
