Job Description:
As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and resetting short-term rental units between guest stays. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens and make beds to hotel standards
- Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc.)
- Empty garbage and recycling
- Report any damages or missing items
- Ensure each unit is guest-ready and meets company standards
- Follow detailed checklists for each property
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel, or residential required)
- Access to reliable transportation (multiple locations across Calgary)
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Smartphone with data (to receive job info, take before/after photos, and checklists)
- Strong attention to detail
