About the Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of daily store operations, sales performance, customer experience, and overall business results for your location.
You will operate the store with a high level of autonomy and accountability while working closely with company leadership to grow revenue, maintain operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day store operations
- Drive monthly sales targets and store growth
- Maximize conversion rates, customer retention, and average transaction value
- Deliver a high-energy and knowledgeable customer experience
- Maintain strong understanding of supplements, wellness, and sports nutrition products
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, ordering, and merchandising
- Monitor store KPIs and performance metrics
- Execute promotions, local marketing initiatives, and community outreach
- Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and operational consistency
- Train, supervise, and support part-time staff
- Operate the store independently with professionalism and accountability

Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail management, assistant management, or sales leadership experience

- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
