The Three Hills Golf Club is a fantastic 9 hole golf course located in east central Alberta, just 45 minutes NW of Drumheller and 75 minutes NE of Calgary. We are currently looking for grounds crew staff for the 2026 golf season. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends. This is a seasonal position that will begin in March/April and finish in October.
Duties may include but not limited to;
- Mowing and cutting
- General golf course setup and maintenance
- Maintenance and operation of irrigation equipment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Assist in project work
- Operate a variety of machinery
- Ability to work as a team and independently
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence
- Prior golf course and irrigation experience an asset
- Able to perform physical tasks
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Walk for extended periods
- Repeated kneeling and bending
