Position: Social Media Manager
The Role at a Glance: The Social Media Manager at Archive will play a key role in creating and delivering engaging and inspiring content across our range of digital channels at the corporate and property level. Ensuring our digital presence supports and enhances our properties’ offerings and delivers our messages effectively, the role will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and help in shaping the overall digital content strategy.
This role requires someone who is highly creative and can identify, create, manage, and deliver photo and video content using a range of techniques, across social channels. This role will also be responsible for community management, social media strategy and scheduling.
The role will work across a range of projects in the organization and therefore effective working relationships will need to be formed with various internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual who is passionate about digital marketing and producing tangible results. The role would suit a well-organized and strategic thinker who excels at planning. Community management, digital photography and video editing experience is required, and the role will be supported by a photographer monthly.
Your day to day duties:
Creating and Managing Content:

Lead the day-to-day management of our corporate and properties’ digital channels, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging photo and video content.

Plan, produce and create digital content to be used across all our digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences.

Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry insights and platform updates.

Create graphics and edit photos, working with the internal marketing team when necessary.

Create awareness and interest within our audiences, driving traffic to engage with digital content.

Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Later social posting app, feeding back tostakeholders,and using the data to inform future activities.

Prioritize and schedule work effectively,anticipatingproblems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.

Contribute to and work with relevant team and stakeholders to develop, manage and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.

Attend events, committee meetings and functions as and when appropriate.
Managing Social Media Presence for Multiple Accounts:

Ensure visual and written brand integrity of content for each account

Plan and schedule posts

Create engaging caption copy for each of our individual properties

Community management for each social channel - responding to inquiries, engaging with comments
and other accounts
Administrative Duties and Relationship Management:

Attend marketing meetings to plan and support assets for upcoming initiatives

Create and manage relationships with various team members at both corporate and property levels

Organize and manage digital assets (photography, 3Dtoursand video)

Train and share social media best practices with internal teams when applicable
Qualifications:
-
3 years experience as a Social Media Manager

Experience in creating social media strategies and reporting

Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to craft engaging content

Organized and able to multitask
