Job Summary
Scheduling Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of all divisions at Valley Driving School.
We are currently looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and qualified individual to join our growing Valley team. This position manages instructor schedules, coordinates classroom utilization, processes essential documentation, and supports student account administration as well as program logistics. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented with scheduling and customer service experience with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Dispatch experience is an asset.

What You Have to Offer:
- Super Ninja multi-tasking skills
- the ability to navigate multiple platforms at once
- Grade 12 education
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal and communication skills
- Previous experience in scheduling, administration, or operations support.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- Clean criminal record and Driver’s Abstract
