Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive chiropractic assessments and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Deliver high-quality manual therapy, spinal adjustments, mobilizations, and other chiropractic techniques
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., RMTs, physiotherapists, acupuncturists) for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation using EMR
- Uphold professional standards and comply with regulatory requirements of the College of Chiropractors of BC
- Engage in clinic-wide initiatives to promote services and patient retention
- Build and maintain your caseload with a focus on patient satisfaction and long-term care
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of British Columbia (CCBC)
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about patient-centered care
- Interested in collaborating within a multidisciplinary setting
- Motivated to grow and manage your own caseload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
