Key Responsibilities of a Sales Representative:
- Balance your day between in-office meetings and following up on prequalified leads through residential outreach, engaging face-to-face with prospects
- Educate potential customers on Rogers Wireless, Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Home Security solutions based on their individual needs and lifestyle
- Build strong relationships through professional, informative, and solution-focused conversations
- Represent both the Rogers brand and our company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach while maintaining strong professional and compliance standards at all times
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships that support loyalty, retention, and referrals
- Stay organized with daily activity, follow-ups, and individual performance goals
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and development opportunities while contributing to a motivated, performance-oriented team environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or another people-focused environment
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and strong people skills
- A goal-oriented mindset with high standards for professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Ability to stay organized and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or CRM platforms, is considered an asset
