Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join a logistics company. The ideal candidate will be a computer savvy individual who is looking for longterm and growth working Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Employment Type: Temporary possibly to Permanent
Pay: $18/hr
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 5pm to 1am (candidate must be flexible with end time)
Responsibilities
- Enter data into company databases including Truckmate with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation accurately
- Collect, verify, and organize data from various sources for reporting purposes
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formatting, and reporting tasks
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, data collection, and document management
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Support team members with clerical duties as needed to facilitate smooth workflow
Skills
- Proven experience in data entry and or logistics industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry
- Good computer skills with knowledge of data collection techniques
- Attention to detail to ensure error-free data management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity standards
- Own a vehicle with valid Driver's license
