This position offers a consistent daytime schedule, an established customer route, and the opportunity to become a trusted partner for businesses throughout Calgary. Every day is different as you deliver products, maintain commercial coffee and beverage equipment, merchandise customer kitchens, and provide outstanding customer service.
No two days are the same, and we are willing to train the right individual.
What You'll Do
As a Service & Delivery Representative, you will be responsible for servicing an assigned customer route while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering coffee, beverages, snacks, water products, and related supplies to commercial customers.
- Loading and unloading delivery vans safely and efficiently.
- Stocking and merchandising customer kitchens and coffee stations.
- Rotating inventory using FIFO practices.
- Cleaning and sanitizing commercial coffee equipment to food safety standards.
- Performing routine preventative maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Reporting service concerns requiring technician support.
- Building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to improve their coffee service.
- Taking customer orders and communicating product needs to the office.
- Maintaining accurate delivery records using company software.
- Collecting signatures and documenting completed work.
- Keeping the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and professionally presented.
- Following all company safety policies and Alberta traffic laws.
- Representing the company professionally at all customer locations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of licensed driving experience in Canada.
- Clean driver's abstract with no at-fault accidents or demerit points.
- Eligible to be insured under the company's commercial vehicle insurance policy.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing stairs and delivering products into office buildings.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Bondable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in delivery, merchandising, food service, hospitality, or route sales is an asset.
Physical Requirements
This is an active position that includes:
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
- Loading and unloading delivery bins.
- Walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the day.
- Driving throughout Calgary and surrounding communities.
- Working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $43,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
