Qualifications
Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years Construction experience in ICI sector, public/ private.
Must be experienced in the following programs: MS Excel, MS Project, Outlook, AutoCAD, PowerPoint ,Bluebeam, PlanSwift, WinEx.
Great communication skills and proficient in English- written and spoken.
Must have own vehicle - for site visits, meeting with clients and engineers
The position will require estimating skills in the areas of Cut/Fill Excavation, formwork, exterior slab on grade, site servicing, building construction. Able to procure tenders and bids in a efficient manner and complete estimate within the time criteria required. Proficient in reading drawings, tender procurement, time management and project management. Certifications and post graduate education candidates will be take preference .
Job Duties
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a project management leadership position delivering Buildings projects in an industrial, commercial, or institutional setting.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional initiative and attention to detail.
- Sound professional judgment, initiative and ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast passed, deadline oriented and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid, proven organizational, project management and leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully and collaborative work within a team environment and across disciplines as well as work independently.
Candidate will work from company office since all copying and programing has limited access and available from office only.
Position is immediate . Contract based on experience and
qualifications.
