Position: Floor Sales Associate (Building Contractor)

Job Description
We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Floor Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain store presentation, and help drive sales through excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and cash handling skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when required.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
