ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives parts, accessories, and machinery from customers/dealers for warranty evaluation and determines eligibility for credit or restock option.
Completes required paperwork related to warranty/quality process.
Communicates with customer regarding status of return. If item is not eligible to receive credit or cannot be restocked will advise customer of details.
Enters parts and related information into SAP system.
Enter credit memos as assigned.
Works with customer service and credit departments when a credit is issued.
Troubleshoots returned machinery.
COMPUTER SKILLS
MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
SAP (preferred but not required)
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 yrs. of inventory, warehouse, or warranty experience.
