Summary
We are seeking skilled Excavator Operators to join our team at RG Excavating located in Victoria, BC. This role is crucial to our mission of delivering high-quality excavation and civil services while fostering a dedicated workforce. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently (minis - 350s).
- Stripping lots, building rock walls, working with civil crews to complete civil work, and large scale excavations.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain compliance with Worksafe BC standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 5 years operating excavators.
- Familiarity with Worksafe BC regulations and safety practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license.
