We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Subprime Finance Manager who thrives on turning credit challenges into success stories. What You’ll Do

Take ownership of your leads and deliver a high-conversion, customer-first experience from first contact to delivery.

Assess and analyze credit applications, structure profitable deals, and secure competitive approvals with our trusted lender network.

Collaborate with our team to match clients with the right vehicles from our extensive inventory.

Educate customers on credit rebuilding and financial literacy while creating trust and transparency.

Maintain strong lender relationships to maximize approvals and gross profit.

Ensure all documentation and compliance standards are met with precision and efficiency.

Consistently exceed daily and weekly activity goals (50+ calls per day / 250 per week).

Proactively request customer reviews and feedback to strengthen our brand reputation.
What You Bring

2+ years of proven experience in automotive finance, lending, or subprime credit.

Strong working knowledge of credit bureaus, loan structures, and risk assessment.

A closer’s mentality — confident, persuasive, and empathetic.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Valid OMVIC licence, clean driver’s abstract, and clear background check required.
