Staff Stress Analyst – Laval, QC (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Staff Stress Integration Engineer to lead structural analysis across Wing, Horizontal Tail, and Control Surfaces. You’ll act as the key link between internal teams and suppliers, ensuring designs meet performance and certification requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Lead static, dynamic, fatigue & damage tolerance analysis
- Manage supplier deliverables and technical alignment
- Drive stress methods, tools, and standards
- Support certification and testing (FDT) activities
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical excellence
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- 12+ years in aerospace stress analysis
- Strong FEA skills (NASTRAN, FEMAP, LS-DYNA, AFGROW/NASGROW)
- Experience with metallic/composite structures
- Knowledge of FAA certification (Part 23/27)
