Description: This is a full-time role for a Personal Lines Broker at Lakestone Insurance Brokers located in Sylvan Lake, AB. The Broker will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, organizing insurance policies, cross-selling and managing products, renewals, initial claim set up, and maintaining efficiencies. This role would be primarily focused on Personal Lines & Auto business, with also some small hobby farm accounts. We want you to put your client and industry partner relationships first. We are seeking someone who understands the importance of working in a team environment and will be primarily working in-office. Some hybrid may be possible after the necessary training and probation period has been completed.
Qualifications:
· Level 1 AIC General Insurance License
· Minimum 3 years of experience as an insurance broker
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
· Account Management, Insurance, or Sales background
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of the insurance industry and local regulations
· Post-secondary education in a business program will be considered an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
