Customer Care Representative – Dental Laboratory

Pay: $26–$27/hour, depending on experience
Job Overview:
A dental laboratory in Calgary is seeking a Customer Care Representative with a dental background to support a busy customer service and case coordination role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office, dental laboratory, or dental-related environment and will enjoy working with customers, handling calls and emails, and supporting incoming case documentation.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails professionally

Communicate with dental offices regarding case questions, updates, and requests

Review incoming case information, prescriptions, and photos

Upload, organize, and manage case photos and related documentation

Coordinate with internal lab departments to support smooth case flow

Help resolve customer questions or case-related issues in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service in a very busy environment
Qualifications:

Dental background required

Dental office or dental laboratory experience strongly preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, and case details

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Comfortable working full-time onsite in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment
