We are currently seeking an Organic Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a remote opportunity based in Ontario, with monthly in-person meetings as required.
Resolve Sleep is looking for a results-driven Organic Growth Specialist to lead and scale organic growth across Resolve Sleep, Resolve Shop, and HelloSleep. This role will own SEO strategy, organic content, AI search visibility, local search performance, landing page optimization, blog strategy, and organic social content to drive traffic, brand visibility, and lead generation.
We’re looking for someone who combines technical SEO expertise with strong content instincts and a modern understanding of how search, social, and AI-driven discovery work together to support growth.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and execute organic growth strategies across all three brands, with accountability for rankings, traffic, and organic acquisition.

Manage SEO initiatives including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, local SEO, internal linking, schema, and content performance.

Optimize clinic pages, landing pages, service pages, blogs, and ecommerce content to improve discoverability, user experience, and conversion.

Develop and manage a content roadmap aligned with search intent, patient education, seasonal trends, and business priorities.

Support and manage organic social content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Partner with marketing, design, and development teams to improve UX/UI, content structure, and conversion performance.

Monitor rankings, traffic, competitor activity, and organic performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Leverage AI tools and emerging platforms to support scalable content creation, optimization, and organic growth initiatives.
What You Bring
-
3–5+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content strategy, or digital marketing.

Strong experience with local SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and organic performance reporting.

Experience optimizing blogs, landing pages, clinic/location pages, and ecommerce content.

Understanding of UX/UI best practices and how they impact search visibility and conversion.

Experience with organic social content and multi-channel brand storytelling.

Proficient with Google Analystics 4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEMrush, clarity and social analytics tools.

Experience using AI tools for keyword research, content ideation, optimization, and scalable content production.

Strong analytical, project management, and collaboration skills with a growth-focused mindset.
