WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect and connect with potential business clients through strategic outbound outreach
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Research prospects to personalize your approach and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- 1+ year of experience in sales, lead prospecting, or cold calling (preferred but not required, we train the right attitude)
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient
- Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software tools
- Team player with a positive, competitive energy
- No degree required, we value performance over credentials
WHAT WE OFFER
COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $37,000/year
- Uncapped commission structure
- Performance bonuses
- Realistic OTE: $50,000+
