Overview
We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-driven B2B Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will help small and medium-sized businesses improve the way they operate by providing Clover Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and payment processing solutions.
This is a face-to-face, outside sales position where you'll build relationships with business owners, identify their payment processing needs, and provide customized solutions that help them save time, increase efficiency, and grow their business.

Duties
- Prospect and visit local businesses to generate new sales opportunities
- Meet directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend customized Clover POS and payment processing solutions
- Present and demonstrate products and services with confidence
- Negotiate and close new merchant accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with existing clients to provide ongoing support and identify additional opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently work toward performance goals
- Stay informed on industry trends, payment technology, and product updates
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
- Earn $300–$3,000+ per closed deal
- Receive a $1,000 Fast Start Bonus after your first 3 sales
- Earn recurring monthly residual income for up to 48 months on every active account
- Multiple revenue streams from every successful sale
- No earnings cap
- Top performers regularly earn $10,000+ per month
New team members receive 2 days of onboarding and product training before beginning field sales.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable meeting with business owners in person
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn
- Previous sales, customer service, or merchant services experience is an asset, but not required
