Fix Auto Exploits Valley opened our doors in July of 2020. After seeing the large demand for auto body work in the Exploits Valley region, it was felt that the time was right to enter the market to serve the wonderful people of Grand Falls-Windsor and surrounding areas. This decision has served us well and we are now the leading collision shop in the area with many of the top insurance providers choosing Fix Auto Exploits Valley as their preferred and exclusive shop for insurance repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review estimates and damage reports
- Replace and/or repair body panels, doors, frames, interiors and other vehicle components
- Grind and sand body surfaces in preparation for repair
- Mask and tape body surfaces in preparation for paint
- Weld panels, chassis and other structures as required
- Paint complete vehicles or new/repaired auto body panels
- Maintain shop cleanliness and workspace
- Manage time and work efficiently to ensure jobs are completed within the parameters set out

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS
- Minimum 3+ year auto body repair experience (Journeyman preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to work both as an individual and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Strong work ethic and hustle
- Positive attitude
- Able to manage time wisely and complete jobs efficiently and inside of deadlines without compromising quality.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
