Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will also support account management and contribute to the overall success of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Utilize PIMs for customer relationship management and account tracking.
- Assist in project management tasks related to customer service initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
- Provide support in financial services inquiries, guiding customers through processes as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our veterinary products to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in veterinary customer service field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
- Experience with Vetup or other cloud based veterinary programs, an asset.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.

Pay: $20.00-$25.33 per hour
