What You'll Do
Lead Daily Warehouse Operations
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory, and material movement.
- Assign priorities and balance workloads to meet production and customer requirements.
- Ensure materials are delivered to production on time.
Support and Develop the Team
- Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to warehouse employees.
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures, safety, and quality expectations.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Inventory Accuracy
- Monitor inventory transactions and maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Support cycle counts, investigations, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper material identification, storage, and traceability.
Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain an organized warehouse using 5S principles.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and warehouse processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Planning, Quality, and Shipping teams.
- Help resolve material shortages, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues.
- Support business priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a warehouse team.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices.
- Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
- Strong English communication skills; French is an asset.
Preferred
- Aerospace, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or other regulated industry experience.
- Experience supporting production environments with high material flow.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or 5S.

Nous recherchons une personne qui s'épanouit dans un environnement manufacturier en constante évolution, qui sait gérer les priorités et qui possède une solide expérience en entrepôt.
Responsabilités principales
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l'entrepôt et assurer une répartition efficace des tâches.
- Encadrer, former et soutenir les membres de l'équipe afin d'assurer leur performance et leur développement.
- Participer activement aux opérations de réception, d'expédition, de préparation de commandes et de gestion des stocks.
- Assurer l'exactitude des inventaires et soutenir les activités de comptage cyclique.
- Prioriser les activités selon les besoins de la production et des clients.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de production, achats, planification et qualité.
- Favoriser une culture axée sur la sécurité, la qualité et l'amélioration continue.
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et contribuer à l'optimisation des opérations.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et conforme aux principes 5S.
Qualifications
- Expérience significative en entrepôt, logistique ou distribution.
- Expérience démontrée en coordination d'équipe ou comme chef d'équipe.
- Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier rapide (fast-paced).
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion des priorités.
- Expérience avec les systèmes ERP ou logiciels de gestion d'inventaire.
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office.
- Certification de chariot élévateur (un atout).
- Expérience dans le secteur manufacturier ou aérospatial (un atout).
