Available Positions:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality hair services tailored to individual client needs
- Provide a range of specialized hair treatments:
- Hairstylists: Haircuts, coloring, highlights, balayage, perms, and hair extensions (preferred)
- Barbers: Haircuts, fades, lineouts, beard trims, and straight razor shaves (preferred)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and common areas
- Offer excellent customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Promote and recommend additional salon services and retail products
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and techniques
Qualifications:
- Hairstylists: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience (required); Licensed Hair Stylist preferred
- Barbers: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (required); Established clientele is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to client satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Social media proficiency (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) is an asset
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Toronto, ON prior to starting work
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and on-call as required
Compensation:
- Hairstylists: Starting from $40,000 per year (plus tips)
- Barbers: $45,000 per year (plus tips)
