Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Answering incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide updates, and direct questions to the appropriate team member
- Manage and coordinate calendar bookings for consultations and installations
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to customers
- Perform data entry and keep accurate customer and order records
- Handle filing and organization of physical and digital documents
- Keep communication logs organized and up to date
- Assist the team with general administrative duties to support daily office operations
Qualifications and Skills
The following qualifications and skills are required for an individual to be successful in this position:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple communication channels (phone, text, online requests, email) at once
- Proficient in basic computer and data entry skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Experience with calendar or scheduling tools and document management is an asset
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
