Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent (Night Audit)
Location: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aurora
Schedule: Part-time position with flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.

As a Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent (Night Audit), you are the face of our hotel and play a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting front desk operations, and ensuring accurate overnight auditing procedures when scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Ensure efficient and accurate guest check-in and check-out experiences.
- Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and in person.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Resolve guest issues independently or escalate them to management when appropriate.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Complete night audit procedures and daily reporting as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel management systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift as required.
