We currently have an opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Our office is located in St. Albert, but we build across the Greater Edmonton Region.
Reporting to the Vice President, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating, implementing and maintenance of a wide range of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about marketing, has a creative personality with innovative ideas, and is committed to executing marketing initiatives with tight deadlines.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in creating spec model home files
- Research competitive products
- Identifying and evaluation product characteristics
- Market share
- Pricing
- Competitor promotions * Support sales staff by providing sales data, and market trends, and competitor shops
- Report show home traffic each week
- Create and implement marketing and advertising campaigns with strategies and objectives
- Analyze sales forecasts
- Show home staging and set-up
- Produce marketing communication and tools, including but not limited to: Flyers, Brochures, Exhibition-related Projects, Cards, Liaison between Developer Marketing Teams and San Rufo Homes
- Update and maintain the website, including but not limited to: Blogging, Quick Possessions, Models, Staff, Search Engine Optimization, Website Traffic (preparation and coordination of promotions within set turnaround times)
- Track and execute lot promotions
- Assist the team with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities
- Show Home Traffic Reports
- Various administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of Marketing Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing
- Experience in the Residential Home Building Industry is an asset
- Able to communicate articulately – verbal and written
- Able to work independently
- Able to work in a team environment
- Experience in using Adobe Suite is a requirement
- Experience in using WordPress software is a requirement
- Technologically inclined
- Manage marketing priorities and able to multi-task
