About the role:
We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and hard-working Class 5 Truck Driver to join our team at Airfoam on a short-term contract. You’ll be responsible for safely operating a 16-foot flatbed truck with a 40-foot flatbed trailer to ensure the timely delivery of our EPS insulation products while helping keep our operations running efficiently during our busy season.
Schedule:
The shift time for this position is 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday. Occasional overtime work may be required on afternoons and weekends.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Performing daily vehicle safety inspections and reporting any issues
- Loading, securing, and delivering materials to local destinations
- Maintaining clean and well-fueled company vehicles
- Completing logs, trip reports, and fuel purchase records
- Reporting incidents and customer feedback promptly
- Communicating clearly with the Warehouse and Shipping Supervisor on delivery status
- Occasionally assisting in warehouse tasks or special projects
What you bring to the team:
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- An eye for safety, detail, and quality
- Experience in manufacturing or production is considered an asset, but not required
