Allora is looking for an experienced line cook to join our brigade.
We are a quality and culture-focused team, centered around house-made pasta, true Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, thoughtful antipasto, and an ambitious pastry program.
The ideal candidate will come with a solid foundational skill set, a strong work ethic, and the desire to grow as responsibilities increase.
This is a permanent position. Since opening, we have continued to steadily increase sales volumes year over year, and we are preparing for our busiest season to date.
Hours will follow the natural ebbs and flows of the Muskoka hospitality industry - primarily full-time during peak season, transitioning to part-time through shoulder periods.
Compensation ranges from $20–27/hour depending on experience, skill, and passion, plus weekly tips averaging approximately $3–7/hour. Daily staff meal and alcoholic beverage (19+) included.
