Casey Metro Ready Mix is a locally owned and operated concrete supplier committed to providing quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team.
Position Summary
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling concrete deliveries, communicating with customers, drivers, and plant personnel, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch ready-mix trucks to customer job sites.
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and adjust as needed.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and order changes.
- Work closely with drivers, plant operators, and sales staff.
- Monitor truck locations and optimize routing for efficiency.
- Enter orders accurately and maintain dispatch records.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Assist with administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching, logistics, transportation, or construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry is an asset but not required.

Rate of pay $ 35.00/hr – $38.00 /hr 50 – 60 hours/ week
