The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting warm and door-to-door generated leads into booked, high-quality jobs. You will conduct in-home estimates, educate homeowners, present solutions clearly, and close work on the spot.
You will be trained door-to-door (D2D) first to fully understand our services, customer objections, and neighborhoods. Training can take as little as 2 weeks for motivated, coachable individuals.
This is a performance-based role with strong support, clear systems, and uncapped upside.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Estimating
- Drive to and conduct in-home estimates with homeowners
- Assess property conditions and recommend appropriate services
- Present pricing clearly and professionally using OneWash standards
- Close jobs on the spot when appropriate and set clear expectations
- Accurately document estimates, notes, and photos in our CRM
Door-to-Door & Lead Generation (Training Phase + Ongoing)
- Participate in structured door-to-door outreach during training
- Educate homeowners on OneWash services and current campaigns
- Generate leads and appointments through professional neighborhood outreach
- Represent the OneWash brand with confidence, integrity, and energy
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with setters, production managers, and admin for smooth handoffs
- Ensure estimates are detailed, accurate, and production-ready
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline on open opportunities
- Uphold OneWash’s customer experience standards at every touchpoint
Training & Development
- Paid training provided
- Door-to-door sales and service training (2 weeks typical, faster for strong performers)
- Estimating standards, scripts, objection handling, and closing frameworks
- Ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and performance feedback
- Clear expectations, KPIs, and advancement opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Coachable, competitive, and accountable mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required – driving to estimates daily)
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and making recommendations
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus, not required)
- Sales experience is an asset but not required — attitude matters more
Compensation & Pay Structure
- Base Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience and performance)
- Commission: Paid per closed job
- Expected Earnings: $30–$80/hour depending on performance
- Top performers consistently earn well above industry averages
