Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and maintaining a clean work area.
- Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed, providing support to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Maintain an organized workspace and assist in inventory management as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
